Flu season should be pretty much over by the time the baby arrives, right? I don't think I'd make it an issue -- just make sure that she (and everyone else) exercises really good hygiene before being around the baby (lots of hand-washing, etc).
I didn't make a big deal about our parents getting flu or tdap, and they'll be around the baby when he's a few weeks old. H and I have both had all of our vaccines, so I'm not really too worried about it.
I don't think you need to keep her away. Make everyone wash their hands before they touch the baby. I am not requiring anyone to get flu shots. I will be strict about people having clean hands. IMO taking the baby to the doctor with sick people all around can be scarier than family being around the baby just my opinion.
Don't worry about it. DD was born at the end of March and I had mine but that was it. I didn't even think about the flu shot, just assuming the worse was over.
With this LO being due at the end of Sept I'm already worried about it haha
Flu season is over prretty much, so I wouldn't worry about it. I don't plan on asking everyong if they got their flu shot. And if you BF, your baby should be protected from your own flu shot. I think?
When I got my BFP in January I phoned to get my flu shot and was told by my doctors office that they not doing them anymore for this season. I figure if they weren't worried then neither should I.
No one in my family gets the vaccines and I don't have a problem with that. I have more of an issue if they don't get their childhood vaccines, i.e. MMR.
i wouldn't worry about flu that much at this point. i think the TDaP is much more important. we won't have anyone nearby and over all the time but if we did live near family we would ask grandparents to get their TDaP renewed if it's been over 5 years (per my OBs rec).

I require everyone to wash the international airport germs off their hands with antibacterial soap one time when they first arrive. After that they're fine unless they feel like they're coming down with something.
Maybe it depends where you live--I still see signs at the drugstores for the flu shots around here! I'm outside of Boston. I was also in Florida this past week (sighhhh vacation over...) and there were signs up there too--my H and I were talking about how surprised we were to see them down there.
