West Elm/PB furniture in-home delivery - tip or not?

A glider I ordered is being delivered tomorrow and I had to pay shipping plus a surcharge. Am I supposed to tip the guys? In the past, I haven't with no issues, they were nice and didn't seem to be waiting for hand out. But I'm not sure if that was rude now?

We tipped when the PB guys assembled a piece for us. I wouldn't otherwise.

I did not tip the west elm delivery men this past fall. I paid close to $100 to have it delivered. Also the head guy kept yelling at the younger guy. Not nice!
