I'm sorry, I can't remember who else is dealing/dealt with a milk allergy or intolerance other than Dahli.
DAMMIT! Linus and Fiona had already started reacting by this point so I thought (hoped) we might be in the clear, even though the odds were slim. Ruby's started getting bright red cheeks and chin after she gets a bottle. L&F didn't have this symptom, but google-fu tells me it can be a sign of a milk issue. Her reflux is picking up, she went from never spitting up (like MAYBE a teeny little bit once a day) to curled spit up numerous times a feeding, and she's starting to get a lot fussier. She's always been insanely gassy, so it's hard to tell if it's gas or an upset stomach.
Did anyone have the red cheeks and chin happen? It goes away and looks normal in between feedings, but comes back while she's drinking. It's red and warm. Is this just an allergy symptom or can it go with an intolerance as well (still holding out hope).
D had a rash but it wasn't like you're describing. I didn't learn of D's intolerance until almost 2 months though. Her spitting up also went from occasional, to almost every feeding to projectile vomiting before I got it under control. I'm so sorry does she have any thing else that could be a symptom? D never had green/bloody poops she just had eczema type rash, congestion, gas and projectile vomiting. I hope you figure it out soon!
Doesn't sound good. May had the red cheeks/baby eczema/pimples thing and occasional green/bloody stool as well as congestion and lots of spit up/reflux. I went off dairy and after 2 weeks, she was noticeably better. I then re-introduced and she was immediately AWFUL which showed me it was dairy for sure. She'd outgrown the issue by 1 yr.

Oh, I hope that is not it but I would consider taking a break now before things potentially get worse to see if things clear up. H's symptoms were not obvious until 9 weeks.
