FTR I am not supplimenting this for medical advice. I just don't want to be an alarmist. My MS has been terrible (in case you haven't seen my 1000 posts). I only throw up a few times a week now thanks to Zofran. My concern is dehydration. I always feel terrible so I can't really look for the nausea/fatigue/dizziness symptoms although those symptoms have been much worse the last few days. I think I drink an ok amount of water but I am not peeing nearly as much as I did pre pregnancy. Lately I have been peeing maybe 3 or 4 times a day and it's not like I am peeing a ton during each instance. My urine is usually pretty yellow when I do go. I peed this morning, have drank at least 76 ounces today and I have only peed once since this morning. I'm just being paranoid right? Thanks for your advice in advance.
76 ounces is a little over 2 liters right? (32 ounces/liter), so that's way less than a gallon (3.75 liters/gallon).
That still a lot of water to drink and have only peed one time but sometimes I can go for a long time and have drank a lot and then it all kinda catches up w me later--do you have fluid elsewhere like swelling in your hands or feet?
I would say to call just because it seems to be a change from your usual.

Yeah, the dark/neon yellow is a concern, but if you're taking your prenatal in the morning, then that may be part of it. Is it always that color or does it change throughout the day with how much you drink? You may want to start adding a coconut water in there once a day or so to keep up your electrolytes.
And for sure call your doc to make sure you're okay.

I was super dehydrated early on and had a bladder infection I didn't know about until the normal urine test at my Appt. My Dr. said unless I was only going once or twice a day I should be fine but I still felt like I was dehydrated all the time. I drank anything that would stay down and on the really bad ms days I would try to keep things like chicken broth or soup down for the sodium to help absorb everything better.

Sorry - you are correct - for some reason I always associate 64 oz with a gallon, but you're right a gallon is actually 128oz.
