Hello Ladies,
I've mostly been lurking around ML and CE&P, but we found out I was pregnant a couple of weeks ago and I keep coming over here. I figured it would behoove me to delurk if I'm going to be posting here.
A little about us: we have one DD, 2 years old. DH is an engineer and I'm currently pursuing my Ph.D. in special education (it's been taking a while). We've been married almost five years now. Oh, and our house is much, much too small for our new addition. It's a 2 bedroom built in the late 1800s. Back then, at a whooping 750 square feet, it would have housed a normal-sized family. At this point, we're just not sure where number 2 will go once we're ready to move the bassinet out of our room. But we don't want to move just yet as I hope to graduate in December, at which point we can move permanently for whatever job I get.

Congratulations!
We are in a tiny 2 bedroom apartment right now and just signed another lease through next March. We figure we'll be squeezed but will be in a better place to move somewhere more permanent by then. Babies are small. And while all their stuff is big, I think we'll manage.
Welcome! My H is currently completing his PhD and it's a race to see if he can submit his thesis before the baby comes. If it makes you feel better, we'll only be in a 1 bedroom flat when baby arrives and also aren't sure where exactly baby will go. Dresser drawer? Under the bed? I kid I kid...
Congrats and welcome! I too live in a small house but so far it's just been me and DH. The little one will fit but I don't see having any more kids while we are here! I'm amazed at how people use to live here and have full families with 3+ kids!!!
