What, what, what? That's bullshit. Honestly, I'd stop even trying with Sephora if their CS can't figure out the zip code problem. Nordstrom carries Laura Mercier and has free shipping without a minimum purchase.
It claims that my zip code is not valid (which it is). I updated all my credit card info (over a month ago when I moved) and it won't process AT ALL.
I would check with your credit card company/bank to make sure that when the information was updated it got entered correctly. I used to work in customer service and even when something as small as a zip code was wrong we couldn't get into the system. Think about when you buy gas with a credit card, it asks for your zip code. It would be the same as entering the wrong PIN if your bank/CC company has the wrong zip code on file.
Soooo...couldn't you just open a new user account on their website (with the help of CS) and have them transfer your VIB points...or just somehow override the system and add those VIB points to your new account?
I don't believe that there's NOTHING at all that they can do. If they really wanted your business, they would make it happen.
