All the time, and it fucking pisses me off. Luckily, they've never said anything to me. But they give one guy a hard time for eating fast food a lot. One guy was just opening a wrapper, and the one co-worker said, "that doesn't sound healthy." OMG. Stfu.
Also, we're all going out for an office lunch tomorrow. :?

That sounds insufferable. Why do people care what other people eat for lunch. I only care when it is something that looks delicious and they want to share.
Tomorrow sit far at the other end of the table from them.

No.
I did GENTLY tell my boss one time to stop eating those Lean cuisines and Healthy choise because they're full of sodium BUT I did that after he complained to me about his health problems and I am honestly worried about his health.
But that was the first and last time I commented on what people eat!
Ugh. We had one person like that at my last company and it enraged me. It wasn't even when he was eating with someone or in a conversation about food - he would stop by someone's desk or a table in the lunch room to comment on their lunch, and it was never complementary.
I'll admit I silently judge the overweight diabetic coworker who is drinking soda and eating a dessert at every break. But I would never say a thing to them about it... some people have no filter.

But why even silently judge? How does that person's food choices affect you?
They don't.
What other people eat is of no concern to me (except when I see something good and want to know what it is, LOL).

If this person were able to make better food choices they would be so much healthier. I care about them and just feel like the type 2 diabetes could be eliminated if they were able to eat better. I realize it is a dick move to judge them, but I'm being honest.
We celebrate birthdays with cake and/or birthday-ee's dessert of choice at my office. My boss comments on the WW point value of the cake/dessert at every single "party." OMG STAHP.
A few of my coworkers think it is appropriate to comment on anything/everything I eat because I am thin. "Oh, must be nice to be able to eat dessert!" or "Ohh, salad, that's why you're so skinny," etc.
One even came into my office one day and asked me how I stay so thin. "Do you ever eat?" Uhh - how is that appropriate? What if I actually had an ED? Or, if I were overweight, would you come in and ask me why I eat so much food and stay so fat?
I had a co-worker ask me, "Wow, do you ever STOP eating?" once. That was fun.

I haaaate people commenting on other people's food/weight. My old boss commented on how much weight I'd lost ALL the time when I came back from maternity leave... Lady, knock it off. The last time you saw me, I was gestating a giant baby. Of course I look different! It got really awkward. She called me the incredible shrinking woman. My weight loss was not really spectacular anyway, but certainly was not anyone else's business!
There is one woman in my office that preaches all the time about carbs and pop and how she only eats what she makes homemade because then she knows what's in it, blah, blah, blah. Until Christmas came and I saw her sneaking the pre-packaed brownies out of the box one of the subcontractor's brought in.
Now when she goes on her little soap box I just smile and walk away.
Those kind of people drive me nuts. Otherwise, I can't say I even notice what others eat, unless it smells really good.
people are jerks. I have heard comments on things that just didn't resonate as being assholey because I don't care. I usually retort with someone like, 'that's why it's so yummy' or "oh no, I took all the calories out when I made these for you guys, no worries"
This is why I am really glad that the only coworker I really have to talk to right now is my boss. He just DGAF about what anyone eats. Pizza every day YES!, Low Carb bars and candy? Sure! Cupcakes on Friday? Treat yo self!
I make comments in my office because it is the STAFF LOUNGE. Mostly it's about respecting my work space and not leaving their trash everywhere or trying to be quiet when I am on the phone.
