I ordered a dress and some sandals from Piperlime in the same order. They shipped in two separate boxes and the dress appears to be lost with FedEx.
Called Piperilme, and they shipped me out another dress, no problem, no questions asked. They checked the tracking and said - yep - looks like it's with FedEx - shipping you another out today.
LOVE when you don't have to haggle with a CS rep. That's the way it should be!
Yes, they are the best! I received a leather Rebecca Minkoff bag that had a small scratch on it. I called them and they sent another one that same day and gave me an additional 10% off for the trouble. no questions asked!
