One thing that was lacking IMO was more of the back story on what happened between Walt and Gretchen. H and I were both dying to know more about the fall out there.

Damnit. They don't ever resolve this?
Walt is now in a cabin in the middle of nowhere in New Hampshire, and Jesse is locked in the underground hole.

I will say that they bring Gretchen and Elliot back in a really cool way at the end. But no further insight into the whole history there.
The cabin episodes are sad. We just finished watching this for the first time too, so we're having Breaking Bad withdrawal.

You know when I really got hooked on BB? In the scene during the first season (I think) where the crazed drug lord beats his minion to death in the wrecking yard. Walter and Jesse's performance with their slowly dawning reaction to the horror is magnificent.
