I would be interested! I don't have GD at this point, but my doctor mentioned it would be wise for me to eat that way from the beginning to try to avoid it!
Do any of you want to be in charge of the check in? If not, I can do it.
Also, do we want it to be weekly? Any specific day that works best?
Doesn't matter to me. If you get sick of it let me know I'll be happy to take over. I think weekly is good, probably any weekday will work just fine. Maybe like a GD high and a GD low for the week, good recipes or foods that are working for you, meds questions maybe?
