I didn't have to take my rings off at all last time, but I delivered in May and it was still relatively cool. Since I'm due in August this time things might change!

I removed my wedding band around 28 weeks because it's pretty snug anyways and I worried about it getting really stuck! My engagement ring started to become difficult to remove at about 34 weeks so I've been bare fingered which is weird because I never take my rings off!
I only lasted till about 24 weeks or so for my e-ring, and another few weeks for the band. But my fingers swell up terribly with any heat, period, etc.

I took my e-ring off a few months ago because it didn't feel so good paired with my wedding band, but I'm still wearing the wedding band, but I may need to take that off soon too because my fingers are becoming more swollen by the end of the day.
Thank you for posting this. My rings have been tight lately and it hasn't occurred to me that it could be swelling and I just assumed its because I have gained weight. Duh! I think with my first pregnancy, I took them off around 34 weeks or so?
I swell a lot in the heat, or if I exercise. My engagement ring has sizing balls in it, so I haven't worn that for a while. My wedding band still fits, but I've got a finger muffin top going on. I'm sure I don't have much time left, especially since it should be warming up.
I was born 10 months after my parents got married, so when my mom couldn't wear her rings she got upset because she'd only been married for a few months. My dad bought her a band in a much bigger size. When I outgrow my rings, I'll have that one to fall back on

I was at about the same point as you. It took a long time after the baby came to be able to put them back on. I gained a lot of weight, though (40lbs). MH kept commenting on it until one day I just yelled "I'M TOO FAT TO PUT THEM BACK ON!" and he never mentioned it again.

I didn't have to take them off during my first pregnancy except for a couple of days after delivery. I don't think I even made it to 20 weeks this time. I tried just taking them off in the afternoon, but one day I forgot and my finger started to turn purple.
I'm only 13 weeks but I just tried to take off my wedding ring and couldn't do it. It's hard to take off even when not pregnant, but I'm really hoping it's just from the salty dinner I had last night and they're not going to have to cut it off or anything!
All 3 pregnancies I haven't had to take them off. So far not this time either. But 12 more weeks to go so we shall see. I don't swell much except after my c-sections when they pump you full of fluids.

I think I jinxed myself, lol. I had to take my band off this morning, and I could barely do it. My finger feels so naked! I need my mom's ring ASAP. It's been more than 12 hours and I still have an indent on my finger.
