Friday Poll: How much alcohol is in your house right now?

This poll is inspired by my friend asking me what kind of rum I have, because I told her I was stuck on a toilet and her response was to have an impromptu drinking session tonight, and me answering once I got home and becoming amazed.

I always keep gin, sweet and dry vermouth on the fridge. Most times we also have a bottle of white open and beer in there too.

A few fourths of good gin (the go-to gift of H's employees), an assortment of other hard alcohol including vodka, rum, tequila, bailey's, peppermint schnaps, etc, about 50 bottles of wine, 2 sixth barrel kegs, 15 or so bottles of beers that are aging and maybe 10-20 other random bottles/cans. So...a bit.


ETA- this was all off the top of my head but made me curious so I took a look. There's more than I thought and I found a growler of beer! An entire growler of beer got lost in the shuffle.

-24 bottles of assorted wine & champagne

-1 large bottle of plain vodka

-1 regular bottle each of St. Germain, Chambord vodka, and tequila.

-1 small bottle of bourbon

- about 18-24 bottles of assorted beer

- marsala & sherry for cooking

I'm the only drinker in the house, so all of this is sitting around useless until August. I'm not opposed to an occasional glass of wine, but I buy separate, cheaper bottles than what I have on hand so I don't feel bad about letting it sit around open for a while.

H collects good bourbon, so that alone is probably 2 dozen+ bottles. That's before we get into other random liquor from parties, our wine stash, etc.
