I just finished writing up my performance review for work and am feeling accomplished. I also did the dishes before bed, and yesterday I changed our sheets plus folded a bunch of laundry. I have a meal plan for the week and most of the groceries I need! I realize much of this stuff normal people are on top of every week, but it's unusual for me to have so much together all at the same time. What are your personal wins for the week?
Agreed, both kids are alive and had (semi) nutritious dinner and are clean and in bed. It's 6.50pm! Lol. I may be a bit toasted at this point but heck, it was a loooooong day
1. I'm on here right now instead of running around like a chicken with my head cut off. 2. I felt like I killed it at mediation yesterday and my client was there to hear it all 3. I'm finally caught up on laundry after being without a washer/dryer for more than two weeks followed by Jay getting sick and sweating through the sheets every night for three days. 4. The double b-day party went off without a hitch and I managed to get it all done with Jay laid up and unable to help 5. Groceries got done and I managed to make our weekly soup that we take for lunches despite complete craziness of the weekend 6. Started doing hot yoga 7. Started a home Reno blog 8. Scored some great stuff from my grandma when she moved into her retirement home.
1. All my clothes are laid out for the week. 2.Laundry is done 3. Kitchen is clean (for now) 4. I dropped the boys off at the gym daycare last night (usually mh does this) and more than 6 different women stopped me and told me we have the 2 happiest (and well dressed) little kids in the whole place. K than proceeded to do a gig, lean down and kiss his brother and dance in a circle. Makes me feel good that we are not completely f'ing them up and mh actually is rocking this sahd stuff. Happy and put together, I will take that.
