I had the flu around 16w and the baby was fine. I was even able to take tamiflu. The big concern with being sick is a fever of 100*+. It's been a few years since I've had strep, but I don't think they typically come with a high fever? Also, at this point all of baby's major organs are formed which is good.
Def call your doc and get seen, but I wouldn't be too worried.
Went to the dr, yup, I have strep! Got in one dose of antibiotic so far, will take another shortly. My temp was normal at the drs, around lunch time. It was 100.4 about an hour ago and now it's 100.6. At what point do I need to go to the hospital? I have taken Tylenol but it doesn't seem to be helping...
I wouldn't go to the hospital without checking with my ob's nurse line first. Have you tried calling them? They should have an after hours/on call person who can advise you on the fever.

Ditto PPs, call the nurse line at your OB's office and see what they advise. I'm guessing it's no biggie, so try to keep yourself calm. They'll let you know what to do.
