what is wrong with New Balance shoes

I didn't know anything was wrong with them. They're the only kind that fit my astronomically large feet.

Okay, what's really wrong with them is Jerry Seinfeld. That's the way the olds wear them. Tapered jeans and New Balance shoes. It's like a uniform.

I had a pair and DH asked me if I was going to tai chi with my grandma every time I put them on. I liked them and still wore them until I needed new shoes.

Picture some liiiiight wash jeans that were most likely purchased at Montgomery Wards circa 1989, a darker (but still light) denim shirt, a solid porn 'stache, black gold toe socks and bright white new balances.

LOL!! You just described my dad to a T except imagine these used as house shoes. Literally one shoe has "house" the other "shoes" written on the top of the toe box in black marker. 

This is so great. I would totally do this for DH if we weren't a shoeless house. Just because it's hilarious.

I like New Balance.  They're really the only good tennis/running shoe that's made in a wide that would fit my pregnant-four-times duck feet.  And the only ones that would fit DD2 and GD2's tremendously pudgy feet as well.

Actually, all this time I thought they were MA based! Well, New England is still local.

I have plantar fasciitis and my podiatrist recommended NB.

My future FIL and his wife wear matching white ones with gray trim everywhere they go. Grocery store, church, college graduations, white New Balance sneakers.
