We have been going back and forth about taking a short trip to Asheville in the summer. We are already taking DD to Disney for her bday in 2 weeks (we live in FL so this is the equivalent of a long weekend trip), then we are going to DC for Memorial Day weekend bc I have a conference for work there that week. In September we are taking a short cruise.
Part of me feels like we already have plenty of trips this year, and part of me thinks we should do something this summer while school is out. I also feel like this would be a good trip to do without a baby, so we can go hiking and rafting. But I am not sure if this is just emotionally driven
The flights just went down $50, so of course I am back to wanting to go. I hate being so indecisive...
We are not going anywhere this summer. We originally were going to try to do an all inclusive in Mexico or the Caribbean, but we elected to save the money instead. So now we're going to do a weekend trip to Michigan for my birthday in three weeks. I'll be by a beach, it just won't be in one of the warmer states LOL.
I vote go! I always loved our outdoorsy trips when I was a kid.
We are going to San Jose in August for a family get-together, then Nashville in September for another family get-together. I have a work trip to southern California in June which will be fun. I may add a day or two to visit friends.
Last week I was trying to convince H to travel to Dubai in May...I may have been a little buzzed.
We don't do a lot of vacations. I doubt we will go anywhere this year. We are just wanting to get the house done!!
I'm hoping to plan something awesome next year for our 5th anniversary. I'm not sure what I will be able to pull off but I am sure hoping for something.
