Today is a bit meetingtastic for me, so that sucks. I hope everyone has a great day though!
Two questions:
What's the last thing you spent $5 on?
What are you most looking forward to this summer?[\b]
I can't remember the last time I just spent $5, but I do have to go to the drugstore today to get some travel minis That's going to be around $5.
This summer I'm most looking forward to spending time with kooshball and going to Copenhagen. If I could secure reservations for fat duck then I would be looking forward to that as well, but still no luck.
The last thing I spent $5 on........it's kinda hard with the currency difference. $5 is 1.4kd. Actually, I know what I spent that on. Lunch for H and I. We each got two falafel sandwiches and a coke for 1.6kd. The last time I spent 5kd was yesterday on my taxi to/from tutoring.
What am I most looking forward to this summer? Moving the eff outta here! And going back to the states and remembering what it's like. Lol. And hopefully I will see that I made the right decision staying abroad.
last thing I spent $5 on - coffee, which is a rare treat for me.
What am I most looking forward to about summer? not doing 2 jobs this summer but it all seriousness, enjoying the summer and knowing I won't be gearing up to travel in the fall.
Last thing I spent $5 on...well I am out of coffee and last night was rough so I'll be getting coffee today.
This summer...I bet you all think I'm going to say baby but I am really ready for good weather, no students, making dinner on the bbq every night...and the baby
On top of my own discomfort and inability to sleep H has a man cold or allergies and had to get up every half hour to blow his nose. After trip 26 I reminded him very politely that he could "just fucking bring the goddamn tissue in the bedroom and take a fucking benadryl already" that really cleared up the problem lol.
Good morning. I had surgery last week so it's been really crazy and loopy. This morning is the first morning I'm feeling back to normal at work (even though I worked Friday and yesterday). In general I'm a happy camper. No big complaints.
The last thing I spent $5 on was probably 2 McChickens and 2 -four piece chicken nuggets the other night with my sister. In regards to this summer, I'm not sure. We have a lot of trips planned. I was just looking at a bunch of Color Runs like (Run or Dye) and Mud Runs and we might be signing up for more. So we will see. I'm getting really excited.
Last thing I spent $5 on was a bday card for SIL. Another fun little tidbit- when we were like 13ish my BFF and I learned that 2 cans of generic spagetti-o's, a bag of Pizzeria chips (remember those!) and a 2 liter of generic Mt. Dew came to exactly $5 at one if the grocery stores in town. We ate that for lunch 2-3X a week during the summer.
I'm just most excited for summer. Wearing flip flops, shorts, wearing sunglasses, actually feeling heat from the sun. WA has definitely made this FL girl appreciate summer!

Happy Tuesday,
I'm still sick. Waiting for as contractor to show up so I can go to work. I hope my meeting with him is fast. Bkb slept much better last night so we got some much needed sleep.
I spent ten dollars on frozen yogurt Saturday night.
This summer I'm looking forward to Hawaii and three weeks off work. It's amazing how fast it's coming up and I have so much to do to get ready for this trip.
Good Tuesdsy morning everyone! Pay your taxes if you haven't already done so!
I mailed our check yesterday, it hurt. I put it off for as long as possible, and I wanted to avoid the chaos that will likely be the post office today.
Good morning! I took today off and I'm soooo glad I did. I went with H to see Dream Theater last night and we were out really late. I slept all the way to 7:30 this morning, crazy! I probably would have slept longer except for a really cute dog who figured out mom was staying home today and wanted to get the party started. How am I supposed to say no to that?
@sfgal530, I cannot believe it's already been 6 months!! I'm so glad you found such a perfect pup for you. Coco and I can't wait to meet him
I spent $5 on strawberry shakes at D*cks last night after the show
This summer, I'm really excited cuz we live in a neighborhood that just rocks in the summer. Lots of dinners outside, walks to the beach, outdoor concerts and the farmers market, killer sunsets, just all of it. I'm also super excited for Ragnar and our Vegas trip.
Im spent my last $5 on a Boba drink too. I am most looking forward to working out outdoors and the long days Work/Workout today. That is all
A dress i have been eyeing on Nordstrom is being worn by a guest on GMA i really love it. Im gonna look it up again, hope its not sold out. I wanna wear it to a wedding this summer
Good Tuesdsy morning everyone! Pay your taxes if you haven't already done so!
Six months ago today we adopted Rooney and I cannot believe how fast it has gone! Time needs to slow down. I picked him up early from boarding yesterday and we spent the day / evening hanging out and playing.
Not a lot to report today. Going to take Roo to daycare, hit the gym, go to the grocery store, and go tutor.
The last thing I spent $5 on was... A cupcake at Magnolia Bakery this past weekend. I don't get the hype.
Things I am looking forward to this summer: Japan, Africa, breaking ground on our new house, finishing our condo remodel and being all moved back in.
Wow 6 months already?
I look back at pictures of Wrigley when we got him and I can't believe he was ever that small

What's the last thing you spent $5 on? Starbucks. That's the only thing I ever spend only $5 on.
What are you most looking forward to this summer? Baseball! New house! New baby! That's probably all I have time for.
I'm in SF today, leaving this afternoon to head back to Seattle. Those of you who follow me on Instagram saw me bombard your feed last night with pics from our Passover seder. It was such a blast. My family rules.
Blah what a day so far. I had to run down to the Dr office to pick up all of H's prescriptions for his surgery tomorrow so that I could then take them to a special pharmacy to get them filled. I had a few other places to go and my last was to the bank. While there some complete stranger walked past me, got into his car, pulled out of the spot and then stopped and began to start mocking me/making fun of me for being a military wife. Never in my life have I had something like that happen let alone of all things for being a military wife. The chicken shit drove off before I got to him. Luckily I had the girls or he would be ground into the pavement.
Last thing I spent $5 on was coffee.
This summer I am looking forward to all the things we have planned to do with the girls. Zoo, ocean, train ride, visiting family.
