My parents will come here to move all our outdoor stuff and take my girls away so DH & I can pack. We are hoping it will take 3 days? We are using a POD. EEk. I'm excited and sad.

Yes. We got that rental. Thank goodness too because there is nothing out there! It's 1.7 miles from the downtown area we wanted to be walkable to which is a bummer, but we are very close to a terrific pool and rec center. We are thinking of getting a bike trailer for the girls to bike to the downtown area.
I haven't packed or purged a single thing yet and I'm started to get nervous. We need to purge a bit soon for a neighborhood yard sale.

We used to take the kids downtown in a bike trailer in the Denver area and we lived 1.6 miles from downtown. Someone on CEP has a bucket thing in the front of their commuter to take kids to daycare everyday - I can't remember who.
Also, I've always wanted a Surley cargo bike or Xtracycle with a baby seat and a spot for another kiddo to hold on, but now that I only have the littlest to ride with me (the other two can ride on their own), I can't justify it anymore.

Do you remember the brand you had? I don't want to spend too much because we will likely hit the 100lb weight limit between both of them next summer, but I don't want to be unsafe. (We do only have to cross one street that is not a small neighborhood street.) Are the $200 instep/Schwinn ones ok?

We have an older Trek one (my DH worked in a bike shop for awhile and it was from a former coworker from there, so free).
Anyway, I've used Burley, Chariot, Trek and In Step on my bikes over the years. Wow, that's a lot, but I did nanny and borrowed friends and I've had kids for almost 8 years now. Anyway, the Chariot had the nicest features, but wasn't affordable when we had our first. The Burley and Trek seem very similar (actually Burley designed/made Trek's like 10 years ago) and the In Step was a little heavier, but once you put two kids and gear in there, you don't notice the difference between the chariot and in-step at all. We did a 14 mile ride with a borrowed in-step on vacation and it was great, so I say look for a deal on those.
Oh and I saw an In-Step on a sale end-cap at Target last fall for $69.
