@hannymaren - I thought you were a fan! I know you liked Terra Nova too right?
@supergreen - This is the second time someone has mentioned Helix to me recently. I think I need to check it out.
So I guess I say I watch a lot of fantasy and SciFi
Shows I love (that haven't been canceled lol)
Grimm Defiance Orphan Black (although I no longer have BBC American, bah) Once upon a Time (both series) Falling Skies (I am actually really behind on this, but I like it a lot). Believe Resurrection Agents of Shield The Tomorrow People Being Human (although this just ended, it really was a great show)
And of course I like other stuff that just involves supernatural things Vampire Diaries, The Originals, Sleepy Hollow, etc.
I watch far too much TV.
I like most of your list.
OUaT: wonderland was cancelled They made the season finale a series finale.
Oh, that is too bad. I am actually behind on that show (it is sitting on my DVR). Maybe that is why it was canceled. lol. I like the original series better though. I think it has been really good this season.
The only show I made it a point to follow was HIMYM. And we all saw how THAT turned out
I try to watch The Big Bang Theory every week, but sometimes I forget and just DVR it, catch up with it online if I heard it was particularly good, or I skip it. It's one of those shows where I can't ever remember seeing a "bad" episode (like HIMYM), but some are better than others.
I like watching Bob's Burgers on Sunday nights - it's REALLY funny. I gave up on Family Guy a few months ago. I don't make it a point to watch American Dad, but when I catch it I really laugh a lot. I haven't liked a new Simpsons episode in a long time, but I'm a devoted fan who can't quit it because of how good it was in its prime.
We DVR a lot of shows and watch them during downtime. Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown, COSMOS, King of the Hill reruns, Diners Drive Ins & Dives, Bizarre Foods, Mike and Molly, Chopped, The Simpsons reruns, Parks and Recreation. MH records Wahlburgers and it's not bad but I don't love it. He also watches a lot of This Old House.
I sort of want to start watching Freaks And Geeks on Netflix. And I tried to watch Doctor Who but I lost interest after two episodes.
Omg, yes, this show is HILARIOUS. I forgot about Bob's Burgers. I am also a long time Family Guy watcher who eventually gave up on it. I'll still leave it if there's nothing on, but I don't follow it anymore.

People keep recommending this show to me and at first I was like really? But I keep hearing how funny it is, so I think I need to give it a try!
Also mbcdefg, Freaks and Geeks is a wonderful show. I highly recommend it.

It's SO funny. And now seasons 1-3 are on Netflix!
The silly songs they come up with for the show are really great. And I love how most of the one-line background characters have these weird breathy voices.
Some good episodes to watch to get acclimated:
Season 1 Sexy Dance Fighting Sheesh! Cab, Bob? Art Crawl Weekend at Mort's
Season 2 The Belchies Synchronized Swimming Dr. Yap Bad Tina
Season 3 Broadcast Wagstaff School News O.T.: The Outside Toilet Topsy
Thanks karinothing, good list! We both like straight SciFi, so Helix, Fringe, Falling Skies, Stargate, Star Trek, etc. Neither of us are fans of fantasy. We tried the first few episodes of Grimm and didn't like it at all. I'll look into the other shows, thanks!
Be aware, Helix starts off slow. We almost gave up on it around episode 5ish. But then it got MUCH better, and now it's one of our favorite shows. We like Falling Skies too, we're looking forward to the next season! I like Agents of Shield but DH does not. He says it's too predictable and boring. But I love superheroes. I will say, if Ford falls in love with Skye I'm going to be annoyed. She's like 18 years old, and he's her SO. Wrong on so many levels, and too predictable. If that happens DH will likely put his foot down about throwing in the towel on that show.
Willis Jackson, I love his voice! I just love how he does that low little, "Oh my God ..." when other characters are acting ridiculous, or when he throws in a semi-nonrelated statement. One of my favorite instances was the episode where Tammy was picking on Tina for reading her Erotic Friend Fiction in the cafeteria, and then Tammy started farting and ran away crying. And the whole family was trying to comfort Tina and Bob just goes, "Boy, that girl really farted, huh?"
I watch a lot butb usually seasons behind. I actually like it because I dont have to wait for season premieres I can just go to the next season. Downside is I dont have anyone to talk about it to.
