Totally random question...
How early is too early to heat up your lunch in the microwave. Would you side eye someone if they were doing it at say 10:00 or 10:30?

I am known as the early eater in my office, and I eat lunch between 11 and 11:30. I'd say 10 - 10:30 is too early.
And my excuse is that I eat breakfast earlier than the rest of my office (they eat here when they get in, I eat at 7 am at home with my son).

Ha! I have had lunches that early in the day. More so when I was pregnant.

It is called brunch or in my case, second breakfast. So, unless you are eating spagetti or a slab of roast beef, no side eye given.

I'm always judgy and I say eat when you are hungry but just don't heat up fish or broccoli....gross.

I often eat steak at 10am for my mid-morning snack.

I wouldn't give a 2nd thought to someone heating up food at that time. I don't know what you're heating up - breakfast, lunch, a snack - and I don't really care!

One time I was eating breakfast at my desk and a co worker needed me to look something up for him. While I'm looking it up he's leaning over me and naming all of the veggies in my veggie scramble. It was so odd.

I get to work at 6:30, sometimes by 10 or 10:30 I'm hungry so I eat my lunch. Other days I don't even get to my lunch and end up taking it home.

My C/w who I share a 2 person office with got this NASTY Thai Healthy Choice Steamers meal. Its AWEFUL and makes my eyes tear up. She brought it in for a SECOND time this week, WTF? Have some consideration for others! :@

I work in a hospital and if I buy lunch in the cafeteria I bring it back to my desk to eat. On the ride up in the elevator people are always commenting about something on the tray. "Oh that looks good!" (annoys me if it's something I shouldn't be eating) or "Is that ALL you're going to eat?" (Usually I go buy some veggies to supplement what I brought for lunch). On and on. Easily one of my top 3 peeves as well.

i guess it depends on what time you wake up and have breakfast...there are days i'm starving by 10 because i wake up at 415 AM, i get to work at 530, i run at 6, and then by 7 i get to eat a small breakfast at my desk since my day usually explodes by then because everyone is in...but i normally wait until 11 or unless all hell breaks loose, sometimes noon.
