Watching Iron Monkey with the kids, then giving them baths, then they go to bed while I chill out the rest of the night. DH is going on a city bike ride event, so he'll be home late (or early, depending on which day we're talking about!).
DW just hopped on a flight home because her father had a heart attack. :-( I'm putting the kiddo to sleep and then I plan to enjoy watching crappy tv that I never get to watch when my wife is around.
Fun! I thought about suggesting it but there's nothing I'm crazy about seeing and A has kinda been a hot mess today. MrP is out grabbing Chipotle and then it's time to walk these lazy dogs and see if the kidlet will sleep better tonight.
We've done nothing today but be lazy and make a concerted effort at housework. On the plus side, it feels like a Sunday.
We are watching an Auburn football game from the 2010 season. I am doing my best nurse impression rotating ice packs, Advil and pain meds for my H, and doing laundry. It is hot times in our house tonight. :-)
I just got off a cross country flight at 7 tonight, and came to my hotel room and crashed. Left home a week ago on a work trip, and I'm tired and want to go home and see my dog, but I'm here for a few more days. At least I get to see friends tomorrow.
And, annoyingly, I discovered that the bar in the hotel turns into a "night club' at 10, so my plan of having a late night Manhattan before bed was killed by the loud sounds of techno music when I walked out in the lobby a half hour ago. Grrr....
So now I'm in bed playing on the internet. Just read the 14 pager, it was riveting. Thanks for that.

DH and I saw Legally Blonde at the community theater. It was cute, and it made me really want to do community theater next summer... I might just be on a music-dancing-glitter high.
TT, I hope for your DW's father's swift recovery! Good vibes to you guys.
Thanks for the well wishes! FIL is doing well. He had three stents put in yesterday and is feeling well. It was scary though because this is the first time he has ever been sick. He turns 75 in a few weeks, still works installing A/C units and is very active. Maybe this will be the thing that gets him to retire.
