I used it before getting pregnant and I've still been using it, but not every day. I can't eat a ton so I use it mostly to make sure my protein intake is good.

I do, to keep track of my sugars and general calorie intake. If you or anyone would like to add me, feel free. I could use some more pregnant friends. SN: LizO11.
I have still have been using MFP sporadically just to keep myself in check since I'm not supposed to gain much weight with this pregnancy, so far I've managed to only gain one pound in the first trimester.
After looking at my MFP, I really think that my gain is not even from increased consumption of food, but a decrease of activity from being so exhausted and wanting to nap rather than go for a walk :-P
I was using it for about a month and a half and gave up. I set it for enough calories to gain 1/2 pound per week, was well under most days, was doing a ton of exercise and eating very healthily and I still gained more than that in that time period. I think my body just packs it on during pregnancy. I feel better since I stopped obsessing.
I have a general idea of what I'm eating because I keep track (long-hand) of new recipes I've tried, groceries I've ordered online, etc. This helps me "prove" to myself that my weight gain is not a result of poor food choices.
I use it to track protein, carbs, and water intake.
I changed the settings to "maintenance" when I got pregnant, usually stay within the calorie range, but still gained about 14 pounds thus far (OB rec'd 11-20). I've shrugged it off for the most part & just focus on the nutrient macros..
