I'm also a planner! I've been researching cloth diapering furiously for the last few days. I'm not telling family until mid June, so I don't have any gifts yet .
My mom was here this weekend, and we researched making cloth diapers (she knows I'm TTC) since she and my gma are excellent at sewing.
kaybee85 - I have a HUGE mouth. All of our closest family and friends knew the first weekend we did. I just have no filter at all.
We are also researching cloth diapers. I think we are going to be lazy and just do the bumgenius ones. I found out you can use coconut oil for a moisture barrier that's safe for cloth diapers.
And my mom got the petunia pickle bottom bag I wanted in a discontinued print. And a huge thing of coconut oil. Lol.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
My migraines keeps popping in & out today. So random. My sinuses are a nightmare which is why the migraines.
I'm a planner too. We had the nursery painted, crib up & dresser in the room by 19 weeks. My mom already bought his coming home outfit. I'm ready to go. Just waiting around for the next 19 weeks to fly by!
Mushe - I keep seeing all these brands and types and people with stashes of several kinds and it just makes me overwhelmed. I am just going to stock up on the BG's at buybuybaby and hope for the best! And my mom has already told us she will order whatever stroller we pick. We've already picked. She was ready to buy it last week!

I just started taking B12 for my migraines. So far it's been working really well! It does turn my pee a shockingly neon yellow which has been making my more often peeing way more colorful and fun too!

Just over the counter b12? Is it helping? I feel like I've tried everything & nothing works. I haven't tried B12.

Yes and no. I can do OTC, but it's 400mg which is a lot. If I get it through my doctor/insurance it's much cheaper. I have had ONE migraine since starting it two months ago. And this is my usual really bad time because of allergies and weather.
Ooh, I love cloth talk! We use BGs for my son, and will use them for this kiddo too.
MH and I are debating a double stroller and I'm only 6 weeks, lol. We have agreed not to buy anything soon, but it's fun to look.
BGs are the brand I was looking at, too. Do you do the ones with inserts (4.0, I think?) or AIOs? I'm leaning more toward inserts. When I showed them to my mom she was all over trying to find patterns (or figuring one out by looking at them) to save some $.

I see my OB tomorrow & will ask him about it. He gave me a beta blocker & I had a really bad reaction.
Im a huge planner too. Ive already got a registry list bc I keep researching everything. Im not letting myself start the nursery yet but do have the paint color picked out. Its hard not to!
I get migraines too, and this is my bad time as well. Keeping a little caffeine in my diet helps tremendously. And YES to the neon yellow pee. I had to switch my prenatal and I've had the same side effect. I guess to let me know it's been through my system?
I parked in the expectant mothers' parking spot for the first time today
My planning bug manifests itself in obsessively reviewing every option (example, about 80 shades of aqua considered for the nursery) rather than planning far in advance.
I am excited that we have almost everything for the nursery. I am probably going to wait on most everything else until after my showers.

I heard my bubs heartbeat on the doppler today. I'm so in love with that sound. I can't wait to feel those little flutters.
DH and I need to get in gear. We have a lot to do before this one comes. And now that the first tri is nearly over I'm feeling the urge to get things checked off!

I LOVE the 4.0s, the pockets. They dry quickly, and poop sprays off easily, on days it needs to be sprayed.
We also have some BG Elementals, but they take forever to dry and poop gets stuck in the fabric, yuck.
We bought entirely from CottonBabies.com. They were having a seconds sale last week, and I sent a few friends that way.
Kawaii is a popular brand for pockets that is less expensive, too.

We went and checked out a local daycare today, and H and I both really liked it so that makes me happy. We have a couple more to go to later this week, but I am happy to be getting this kind of figured out now because I am also a planner like to have things crossed off my list
We also went looking at recliners again this past weekend, and I want to get that ordered here soon too even though we still have a ton of time (I'm only 12 weeks now!) :-P Makes me feel good to get things done
I just talked to my mom. I don't know if she's getting senile or what, but she asked me five times in 20 minutes how I was feeling.
Also, she passive-aggressively suggested that my MIL needs to invite my mom's entire family to the shower MIL is hosting next month. My mom lives 800 miles from her family so they can't make it to the shower in her town, but they are only 200 miles from where MIL and I live. Problem is that my mom's family is HUGE, and if we invite them then basically we won't be able to invite any friends to the shower. :? I am irrationally annoyed about this.
I'm a planner as well and have been researching things like crazy. I also bought an economy size pack of size 1 diapers last night because I used coupons and deals so they were $0.15 a diaper.
I have my first ultrasound in the morning...in less than 11 hours!! I'm so excited and terrified at the same time. H keeps saying its twins but I think it's one. I had a dream about triplets BUT I found out the next day that triplets were delivering at my hospital that week. I'm hoping that's all the dream meant
So I still come back and lurk from time to time...5 weeks pp. We are cloth diapering DD and started off using newborn AIO's as DH wouldn't agree to prefolds but now at 5 weeks we are transitioning to the BG Freetimes as well and the GroVia hybrid AI2 and love both! I was totally against the 4.0's...we did a trial with a bunch of styles and didn't like having to stuff them and cannot stand the feel of the microfiber inserts.
