I've been seeing a PT 2x/week for the last 2 weeks and it has helped immensely (hip pain and sacrum pain, mainly, but also abdominal separation issues). I can finally go about my day without feeling like I want to cry if I move too much. In fact, I feel pretty good again.
My carpal tunnel has really been bad for the last couple weeks and I've been having a similar painful ligament feeling in my leg. I just wish I could take some ibuprofen for the inflammation. It's almost non-stop and only feels OK for a few hours in the morning since I've had my foot up all night. My doctor referred me to a PT as well to see if that will help. It's going to be rough 6 months otherwise.
I've been going to PT 2x a week for around 2 months for a pinched nerve. Unfortunately, it hasn't helped a ton and my PTherapist has said I can continue to just do my stretches and exercises at home. Ughhh, but I can make it through the next 9 weeks!
My pubic bone has also started to kill this week. I feel so good except for my hips/pelvis/lower back region! And I was in pretty good shape before I got PG...
