I noticed in the Prague thread below that you are also going to Vienna. Will you share your itinerary? DH and I are also going to both cities this summer so I'd like to see what you have planned too.
I think we are set in Prague. We might take a trip to Plzen depending on how we feel but everything else was listed in your plans.

gtkim, how many days do you have in Vienna? I spent 6 there but 3 of those included day trips. In case it's helpful, here's mine:
Day 1: Arrive Vienna in morning Belvedere Naschmarkt for lunch Kartnerstrasse Dinner at Gaumenspiel
Day 2: Café Demel breakfast St. Stephan's Cathedral and Catacombs Boat to Bratislava Wander old town Bratislava Return to Vienna Dinner at Zum Finsteren Stern
Day 3: Café Central breakfast Hofburg Palace Lunch at Bitzinger Wurstl stand next to palace Imperial Treasury Shopping 1516 Brewery for pre-dinner drinks Dinner at Vestibul
Day 4: Day trip to Salzburg. Sights included: Collegiate Church, Salzburg Cathedral, Salzburg Fortress, Residenzgalerie, St. Peter's Cathedral Dinner back in Vienna at Glacisbeisl
Day 5: Day trip to Wachau Valley using combi-ticket - this was a true highlight of the trip. It included train to Melk, ticket to Melk Abbey, Danube cruise from Melk to Krems and then train ticket from Krems to Vienna. While we were in Krems we had an incredible lunch at Nigl then did wine tastings with some wineries whose wines our friend imports.
Dinner back in Vienna at Poschl
Day 6: Meierei for breakfast Schonbrunn Palace Shopping Dinner at Steirereck
