It feels like a sharp pain in the lower stomach that lasts for a few seconds, and usually occurs when you move a certain way. Mine has mostly been on the left side but Google tells me right side is more common.
Mine started around 16 weeks which is a common time for it to start, but it can probably start earlier, I don't know.
I got advice on this board to stay hydrated which does seem to help a lot.
I got a few pangs when I sneezed around 10 weeks, but just this week I've started feeling it when I stand up too quickly or twist wrong. I forgot how much fun RLP is

Mine started pretty early, but I didn't realize what it was until later. Feels like a side stitch that won't go away, but lower, usually on my right side. They started in my first tri - maybe 9-10 weeks, but got a little worse around 20-ish weeks.

This is exactly what I'm feeling. I'm only 4 weeks but it's my second pregnancy after twins. I remember nothing. But I'm worried. Ah, pregnancy.

I had sharp twinges very early on that I thought were just growing pains, but felt very similar to my rlp (and, hell, maybe that's what they were). I did address it with my doctor, and she wasn't worried. But it's worth bringing up if it's worrying you - it takes two seconds to ask a question, and will give you peace once you have an answer.

I had pain like this early on. I had a large cyst on my right ovary. They just kept an eye on it and it hasn't affected my pregnancy.
I think I've only felt it 2-3 times this whole pregnancy so far, and I'm 18 weeks. Weird. I keep expecting to.
I'll announce soon, I just wanted to wait a little longer...like, at least until I miss my period, lol. I'm reallllly excited and also a crazy person. I worry a lot. Thank you!!! Yours is the most exciting pregnancy ever and I'm so happy we can gestate together <3
I don't know if it's the cause, but it's normal to have a corpus luteum cyst on the side you ovulated from. That can cause some discomfort and pressure. I had a bunch of left pelvic pain in the early weeks, but my cyst was on the right, so who knows lol. Everything was fine and my doctor wasn't worried. Now I'm starting to get what I think is rlp pain when I get up quickly. It feels different.

What?!!? Congratulations!! Did you announce on ML? Did I miss this?
It's off and on, thank you for asking. I called the doc and I'm waiting for a call back. If they're concerned then I'll get checked, I guess :-) Pregnancy = mindfuck
