I love this blog, too. I just made a batch of her Asian turkey meatballs (sooo good) to freeze for when baby comes.
Lately, I also really like Two Peas and their Pod. They have a great mix of healthy food and awesome (not-so-healthy) desserts. Their black bean and quinoa enchilada bake is chillin' in the freezer for post-baby and I make their avocado-egg salad all the time.
She doesn't post a ton of recipes these days, but I've also had a lot of success with recipes from Daily Garnish. They're all vegetarian and delicious.
