Italian dressing, a pound of macaroni (usually farfalle or rotelle), cucumbers, carrots, celery, radishes, sometimes broccoli, and cubed sharp white cheddar cheese.

I do tri-colored pasta, mozzarella pearls ( or sharp cheddar), roasted red peppers, tomatoes, broccoli or green peppers, mix with zesty Italian dressing. Easy and delicious.

I do a Greek one sometimes feta, green onions, cherry tomatoes, green peppers, and red onion. Then I make a dressing of lemon juice, olive oil and balsamic but you could do a bottle of Greek dressing too. Also I hate black olives so I leave them out but the recipe I started this off of had them.

Okay, so this is not a true pasta salad because the pasta that is in it is crunchy Ramen.
But it is SO, SO good.
-1 pkg broccoli slaw -2 pkg Oriental Ramen noodles (this is the only Ramen that is vegetarian) -1 cup almond slices -1 cup sunflower seeds (I leave these out) -1 bunch green onions -1/2 cup sugar -1/3 cup white vinegar -1 cup vegetable oil (I reduce this by about a 1/3)
- Mix sugar, seasoning packet from Ramen, oil and vinegar - Toast almonds and sesame seeds - Mix liquid with broccoli slaw - Add nuts / seeds - Break up Ramen noodles and add

cut up a bunch of the following veggies:
red pepper zucchini English cucumber red onion (I go light on this because it ends up kind of strong) carrots celery tomato (whatever kind you like) broccoli
Make 1/2 lb pasta, mix in all the veggies, toss with about 1/3 a bottle of McCormick Salad Supreme, and maybe 1/2 a large bottle of Wishbone Robusto Italian. So easy, and really good.

YES.
My other favorite go-to summer salad. I don't bother toasting the almonds or any of that stuff, and use cider vinegar instead of white. But still basically the same thing. I could eat the entire batch.
Box of rotini Grape tomatoes, halved About half of a small red onion, cut in small pieces (not a dice, so that you can actually pick them up with your fork -- just small pieces) Fresh mozzarella pearls Caesar dressing to taste
I've been doing baby spinach, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and light Italian vinaigrette lately.
Also, there's a black bean, corn, avocado, tomato and scallion salad with a cilantro/red wine vinegar/olive oil/chili powder dressing that is really good.
Zucchini and Bow Ties from Rachael Ray 365: No Repeats
Coarse Salt 1 pound bow-tie pasta 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 6 garlic cloves, minced 2 medium zucchini, cut into matchsticks Coarse black pepper 1 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano 1 cup fresh basil leaves, torn or shredded (20 leaves)
(I added 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced)
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt it. Cook the bow ties al dente, with a bite. Heads up: You will need a couple of ladles of starchy cooking water.
Heat a large, deep skillet over medium heat. Add the EVOO and the garlic. Cook for 2 minutes, then add the zucchini. Cook gently for 8 to 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add a couple of ladles of cooking water. Drain the pasta and add to the zucchini. Toss with the cheese and turn off the heat. Toss for 2 minutes, until the liquids are absorbed. Serve in shallow bowls with lots of shredded basil on top.
My latest go to is Israeli couscous, quinoa, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn. Add any veggies. I dress with either a vinegar or honey mustard.

My MIL makes a version of this using bagged coleslaw mix (cabbage, carrots, purple cabbage) and then the next day we stir fry it. Omg it's like a billionty times better stir fried. Pretty healthy too.
My lazy pasta salad is tri-color pasta with broccoli and carrot slices thrown in for the last minute of cooking. Then I'll add green pepper, Italian dressing, black olives (opt.), cheese cubes (opt.). I'll add fresh chopped tomatoes to each serving if I have them.

I want to eat all of these.
I don't have bottled dressings or any of the mccormick or clubhouse salad seasoning in house. I ended up doing red pepper, red onion, capers, artichoke hearts and feta. Dressed in the artichoke brine with olive oil/red wine vinegar, plus some dried basil, oregano and thyme.
Farfalle noodles, cherry or grape tomatoes halved, fresh mozzarella with a red wine vinegar dressing. The dressing is what makes this pasta salad so good.
Red wine vinegar & olive oil (2 parts vinegar; 1 part oil) Finely chopped basil and garlic (I usually use 3-5 cloves of garlic, and blend the garlic and basil well to make a garlic-basil "paste") Dijon mustard Mix together and shake well.
I usually do random combinations of the suggestions above, but I always add thawed (not jarred) artichoke hearts and Girards Champagne dressing. It's pricy, but sooooo good

THIS IS THE BEST EVER and I lost the recipe thanks. Lol i add mandarin oranges
- Bag of baby spinach - Pasta of choice - Feta (I use TJ's Mediterranean Herb) - Sun dried tomatoes - EVOO - Balsamic Vinegar - *you can add more veggies to increase variety if you'd like
- Cook pasta to desired tenderness - Rinse in cold water - Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix.
I don't really measure the dressing of EVOO and Balsamic. I just sort of throw it in, mix, and adjust to taste. Note: This can be a make ahead pasta salad, just don't add the baby spinach until you are about to serve.
