I need some interpretation, please. On Tuesday the numbers were good, 1400. Yesterday they were only at 2088. I'm sort of freaking out. They're going to repeat tomorrow.
I'm sorry that you're stressed Betas can be such a double edged sword. Excellent numbers don't necessarily mean everything is a-ok, just that your levels are rising as is "expected", and numbers that don't double in 48 hours don't necessarily mean imminent doom either. My 19 mo did not double every 48 hours for the first couple draws but then the numbers picked up and she's perfectly healthy. Fingers crossed that you see an increase tomorrow!

As your betas get higher, the doubling time increases. Over 2000, I think "normal" doubling time is 72-96 hours (and I think they stop doubling at all over 6000). So hang in there, and FX for some good numbers for you - grow, baby, grow!
Once they get into the thousands they take longer to double. Don't read too much into them. How far along are you? You can google the guidelines or look on americanpregnancy.org to get an idea of "normal" ranges for where you are. If you are early though (6 weeks or less) then don't worry too much because the numbers are still within the guideline and they are still going up. Another beta test tomorrow should give you better insight - but again don't worry too much. Ask your doctor to maybe conduct an u/s though - at this point you might be able to see something (i.e. gestational sac and/or yolk sac) on an u/s which will give you a better idea into the pregnancy. FX you find out positive news tomorrow.
According to that my doubling time is 81 hours. That seems...bad.
But 72-96 hours is normal for your range. That puts you right in the middle of normal!
I understand its so stressful. I was told my first betas were "concerning" and had to have them repeated. I'm now 7 weeks and just saw the heart beat on Tuesday! I know how stressful betas are but they're not a definite conclusion one way or another.
