Yes, its always a shit show to try to do organized sports that young. I was the child that sat in the dirt and picked flowers when I played T-ball at that age. It will be ok

T-ball is always a shit show. Also, I feel like at that age kids listen to other people a lot better than their parents. Plus there will be a group of them so they will hopefully have a herd mentality thing going on.
It might not be as bad as you think! My kids seem to listen to other authorities, like coaches, much better than they listen to me out in public, lol. Good luck!

Definitely breezy. It's a shit show for my son's league and they are 4,5,& 6 year olds. Half are picking flowers and playing with dirt and there are a few throwing straight-up tantrums because they are hating every minute. I enjoy watching the chaos.
Soccer- they all chase butterflies and play what we call "bunch ball" - they don't understand plays yet or passing - but wherever the ball is the whole bunch of them is.
Lol, do 3 year olds understand baseball at all? Won't they all just kinda run around? Not that that isn't good too. I just didn't know they can understand that stuff at that age.
I'm guessing that's half the fun. I don't know I've never done this before. I just want him to make new friends.

That's pretty much how the season went. Lol. They didn't keep score or have outs, so each kid would bat and a coach would stand at each base and tell them when to run until each kid got a turn. Then they would switch teams. The other team would have a couple of kids actually going after the ball, but the rest would be picking dandelions, dancing, sitting down on the field, or playing in the dirt.
