When I had jury duty a couple years ago I usually wore jeans and a nice top or dresses. Basically what I normally wore, just no sleeveless shirts (or I wore a cardigan) or shorts.

When I went, they worded the dress code section something like "Dress accordingly with being in court." Equally vague.
I wore what I wear to work every day. I actually did get put on a jury and went through a trial. I think I wore dress pants, a nice cami/blouse and a cardigan. Some other members of the jury were in jeans and t-shirts, though.
