has anyone ever ordered a bag from etsy?

i am just curious. i have been looking for an everyday bag for quite some time, but have not found anything that i absolutely love in the stores. i adore this handmade leather bag off of etsy, but i wonder about the quality since i can't see it/feel it myself. what do you think?

I ordered a canvas bag from there and was very happy with it. I was even able to have the seller shorten the straps from the listing.

I love that bag! If you're concerned, I'd ask for more pictures, close ups of seems, etc. also, if they sell a lot of bags, reading feedback would probably be really helpful.

I've purchased bags on etsy! I got a bunch of little clutches for my bridesmaids and they were great! I also purchased my school/work bag from adeleshop on etsy and the quality is fantastic.

Check into the sellers feedback, every shop will be different. I have ordered bags from etsy, though.

also do you think grey bags are a classic? i know they were trendy last year, but i also just like them in general.

Since gray is neutral and the shape is unique, but not quirky I think it's a good investment. I've been eyeing some bags on Etsy. I may make one of those my next with the positive feedback here. Thanks for asking this!

That's how I got into the Tano bags. They sell in very few stores and don't look like every other bag out there. I just picked up a new one last month that I'm crazy about for the moment, but I know exactly what you mean.
