Best way to get rid of pimple on lip?

Try a hot washcloth compress, and astringent, repeat a couple times. Definitely don't pop it unless its been softened. Sorry I know that's gross, but you don't want to end up with a bruise/scar or making it bigger by popping when it's not ready.
