I'm sure this is common knowledge amongst experienced moms, but holy cow!
I own my own business and haven't really been able to take much maternity leave. I was starting to get really distraught because I haven't been able to get any work done since I've been home with my baby. She eats and then I feel like I'm stuck on the couch holding her for the rest of the day between short naps. I love that, but I also need to work!
I've figured out how to pop her in my Boba 4G carrier or the ring sling and my day is transformed! She sleeps for hours in there and is soooo happy hanging out next to me. I feel like I have a new lease on life!

My son was in one until 4. My DD until I was too pregnant with DS to carry her, at about 2.5. They are magic. He could nap through any kindergarten party, snug as a bug on my back. I have a neck injury that causes sudden muscle weakness in my arms. I never carried him without a sling, ergo, or Mai Tai. I had winter ones and summer ones I made myself, and an ergo. It was magic and allowed me to do what I wanted and needed to do.
I want desperately to use my Moby, which i can wrap well, but I can't get E into it in a position she likes without firing her up so much in the process that it becomes a lost cause. Advice?
I also want to exchange my Ergo for a 360 but they're in short supply. How long before I should give up and open/use the regular one??
