Ok a few questions.... 1. Do you think this is interview appropriate? 2. With or without the belt? 3. Is the jewelry appropriate? Or too flashy for an interview? 4. The shoes? After I had already took everything off I realized I should have tried black heels on. I just initially thought black heels with it would almost look like I was going to a funeral.
Also ignore the wrinkles...I will press everything I promise

Congrats on the interview! What type of job is this? For an interview, I'd always wear at least a blazer if not a full suit. Can I see a front pic without the belt? Personally, I think the necklace is a bit much, but I'm not really in to statement pieces.

I agree with the girls on the blazer. The shrug would be great for work, but not for an interview.
I would wear the black shoes you said you had (assuming they're pumps).
I kind of like the necklace though. It doesn't seem too flashy to me (maybe I'm de-sensitized to flashy necklaces with all the bubble girls!).
ETA: On the blazer I'd go with a dark grey. The subtle stripe on this one is nice, but you can get plain blazer quickly at any department store or Kohls.
I generally think it's best to wear a suit, but am told on here that in some professions, that isn't expected. I'd definitely at least wear a blazer. I wouldn't buy black, only because it's nearly impossible to find black separates that match correctly if they weren't made to go together. I agree that gray would look nice.
If suits are not the norm in your profession, I'd get a blazer instead of the bolero. A matching black would be best, but gray would work if it is too hard to match the black. No belt.
