poll: narrowed down to 4- where would you go?

I've got it narrowed down to 4 places to go for my birthday (July), but I'm also open to other ideas. Of these places where would you go? 

Ideally, I'm looking for a direct flight no more than 4ish hours from London, 2-4 days, with interesting things to do in the city and good food options. I would prefer to save the Baltic countries and do those all at once in 2015.

I haven't been to the others so I can't offer a comparison, but if you decide to go to Bucharest and have questions, feel free to message me.  We live there right now.  The advantage of Bucharest is, while the city itself can be explored in just a day (or two at most), you can easily take day excursions to Transylvania, the Black Sea coast, wineries, castles, etc. quite easily.

I really enjoyed Cyprus. We stayed near Paphos.

Of your list I'd probably do Bucharest
