This is the most adorable thing ever. His little face...! Could you keep "practicing" with the bowtie so that he gets it? Maybe have your H wear one with him when he is practicing so that he sees daddy is doing it too?

This is a good idea! We should try it out. Though I have a feeling day of, the only option will be to bribe bribe bribe. that's what I'm mentally preparing myself for. XD
And that is perfectly acceptable too Whatever it takes is my motto!

Bribes are perfectly acceptable! It's exactly how we got DD to be compliant a few weeks ago as a flower girl. I can't wait to see the pictures of her coming down the aisle with a peppermint candy stuffed in her cheek! I also don't want to know how much sugar she consumed that day, ha.

SO CUTE!!! How about bribing him long enough to walk down the isle/ceremony & pictures, and then taking it off? My brother (3.5 at the time) wore a suit to the ceremony/pictures, and I am pretty sure it came off (in favor of something more comfortable) by the time the reception started.
We bribed DS when he was a ring bearer. The best man had a piece of candy for him. They exchanged goods when he got to the front, then he went and sat with my H.
DS had a similar reaction to the bow tie/suspenders and pants. He did not want to wear the bow tie (a clip on) on the day of the wedding so I didn't force him. He was adorable and so is your little guy!

Too cute. M is in wedding July 4th weekend and we had his outfit made from Etsy too. It a linen romper and he will wear a little boy tie as well. I am pretty sure he will have the same reaction to it :-)
