I wore a new pair of flats, and they seriously blistered the F out of my right heel. I’m wearing a bandaid now, but I am seriously too scared to put them back on again. I have a few flats that are like this. I know they aren’t too tight on my feet (1/2 size up would have been too loose). Do those heel liners help prevent my heels from getting blisters? My first thought is that it’d only my flats tighter to wear.
I would agree, it'll only make them tighter. Maybe give your feet a chance to toughen up again, and keep using a bandaid the next few times you wear them, a cushiony bandaid would probably be best.
I use the heel liners to prevent blisters in all my flats and pumps. they don't make my shoes noticeably tighter but instead simply more snug around my heel so they don't rub. I think I have narrow heels or something because almost all of my flats and pumps rub the back.

I like Band Aid friction block for all My new shoes. Works great at preventing blisters. You need to reapply throughout the day, but over all a great product. Won't do anything about your current blisters. I think special bandaids are made for blistered areas but I would just let them heal up a bit before wearing those shoes again
these are my holy grail for when you already have blisters, whether they are open or still closed. you can leave them on for a few days, they're generally water-resistant. they're about $4-5 for a pack of 6.

I wear the cheap gray walgreens brand ones.
This. I find the cheap gray ones to work much better than the more expensive gel ones. The gel ones tend to fall out of my shoes.
