I had leftover Thai food for a late breakfast. It was soooo good. Then I decided to go out on an 8 mile run. The first 4 miles were great then the tummy ache hit. I would run a little and feel horrible like I had to puke. Then it would go away and I would run again. Then my tummy would hurt again. Rinse and repeat. Let's just say this 8 mile run took me FOREVER! It was bad.
