pennypenny - awww,i feel you. I had the same thing happen with my feet post-pregnancy, so don't get down on yourself. I used to be a 7 or 7.5 and then went up to an 8. But just recently I've realized I may even need 8.5 now because some of my 8s feel a little snug. I'd suggest starting with dexflex flats at Payless. They are cute, inexpensive and very comfortable. A lot of the girls on here really like them. And if you sign up for their free Rewards program they send discount codes every once in a while. The sizes for the dexflex flats go up to 13. I like the Claire scrunch version. Have about 3 pairs of them right now. www.payless.com/womens-claire-scrunch-flat/70092.html?dwvar_70092_color=menswear#start=8

Once you hit the size 11+ shoe world you just have to resign yourself to the fact that shoes will be boring and expensive. Designer shoes are pretty much out of the question.
Stick to Nordstrom for shoes. With the anniversary sale going on right now you can get some new ones for 30% off.

Nordstrom carries extended sizes and lets you sort by price. I'll admit that there are some bad ones, but there are some really cute ones too. Zappos will let you do it as well. There's a lot of flip flops to sort through, but if you eliminate those there's still a lot of options. I'd try to sell what you can and use that to replace the others. I agree with pp about the swap board. That would be a good place to start.
See, I am a 10.5 and I think that is the worst possible size. 10.5 rarely exists. They make 10's or 11's, but no 10.5, so my shoes are always a touch too small or a touch too large. I think you may have better luck finding an 11. Hopefully, you aren't an 11.5, because that will be really hard to find. I buy most of my shoes at DSW and have no trouble finding 11's.

Hugs - I know your pain. My foot grew about a full size too with pregnancy. Thankfully they didn't grow much with my second one. I agree with Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack and DSW. That is where I have the best luck.

Agree. The dexflex flats are soooo comfy. I have a friend that's a size 12 and she tends to shop at Payless, Nine West, ugg and eBay.
ETA: I'm a size 10, so I'd be interested to see if you're clearing out anything in a 10
