Awesome! After our road trip in June, which found me Breastfeeding at a picnic table at a rest stop and changing DS' diaper in the backseat of the car, we decided there should be an app for baby travel. Things like which restaurant restrooms have changing tables (shocked that we found them all over the place in our college town, but none at a series of fast food places at a busy highway junction) and what stores have lactation rooms. Maybe it already exists?
The lovely mothers lounge in Nordstroms is my favorite breast feeding accommodation (I guess that is what you would call it. ) I would always choose the mall with a nordstrom when my kids were still nursing. Plenty of room, comfy chairs and couches, not in the bathroom, so I could not feel gross about giving my older kid a snack while I nursed the baby. Plus they have a little changing area with a sink. More places should be like this!

There is an app that lists changing stations...diaper something. I'll have to see if it's still on my phone. I've figured out nearly all McDonald's and Chick-Fil-A restaurants have them, and Arby's and Pizza Hut almost never have them.
