An aquaintance of mine (fbook friend) just got engaged. SIX people congratulated the couple on fbook before they announced it. It wasn't like they waited for days/weeks/months to announce, or aren't very active on fbook or anything...the first congratulations was sent "47 minutes ago" and they just announced on fbook "2 minutes ago", they got engaged sometime today...
And that's 6 people that made it *obvious*...other comments were: "!!!!!!!!!!! <3" "Like in advance" "Sdrfrejrfujfh!!! Name1 & name2! <3"
It just bugs me how some people think it's their business to announce someone else's news. I get it, you're excited, but keep it to yourself or don't share names/make it obvious until they announce it.

I'm not on facebook, so I don't know if I really get it all the way, but it almost seems to me like these people are trying to brag that they are in the know before the official announcement. Lame.
That stuff does make me upset. DH's cousin posted a picture of M on facebook an hour after she was born and tagged us all in the photo. So DH went and untagged us all since we didnt have mutual friends with her in hopes we could share the first picture later.
