Lunch: Smoked ham and pepper jack cheese on sprouted grain bread with mayo, spicy brown mustard, sliced cucumber, sliced pepperoncini, and red leaf lettuce, sugar snap peas, blueberries.
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast (in a chipotle marinade) with grilled tomato basil polenta slices, baby carrots.
Lunch was a salad with baby spinach, grated carrot, chickpeas, leftover grilled chicken breast and balsamic dressing and a TJ crunchy granola bar. Snack is grapes and almonds
Dinner will be grilled chicken sausage with pasta and tomato sauce (a quick homemade sauce if I have time; jarred if I don't).
