We just got the bill for DH's hospital stay last month. You remember, the one with the official diagnosis of "wha??" Pre-adjustments, it was almost $12,000. 12 grand for them to tell us nothing. Not a damn thing. The insurance adjustment knocked that in half, and they covered a decent bit of it. Still, for what we end up owing, I could have booked him the nicest hotel in the city for two nights, had all of his meals sent via room service, and paid some random stranger to wake him up every few hours to take his vitals. I still would have had a couple hundred dollars left over.
Hospitals are jerks.
It really is ridic. H went to urgent care last week for a abscess problem by his tailbone area and the dr looked at it and told him she couldn't do anything for him there. They called the hospital to set up a surgical procedure and told him to go right away. They charged our insurance over $500. His procedure thing took less than an hour. It was an outpatient thing. He was in and out in less than two hours. They charged the insurance a whopping 10k!
I was having an issue with pregnancy constipation and then yesterday happened. OMG, I'm pretty sure I'm all cleared out now and hope I feel good enough to go to work tomorrow. My OB said he's said several pregnants with this over the past few weeks and to just rest and hydrate.
On my doctors recommendation (they finally called back again with follow up on Thursday) I started taking an iron supplement. I'm starting to feel the effects, less tired, less out of breath and now constipated. Yay. Not.

At my appointment today I was surprised to find out I'm not anemic (yet) since I feel like crap. Even when I was on 150mg of elemental iron for a month back in February I didn't get constipated.
This diarrhea was awful. My silver lining was that it falsely showed no weight gain from last month to this month. I totally gained 4-5 pounds but I was so dehydrated I weighed in the same today.
Where would one find out about craft fairs. I want to sell off a lot of my headband stock and thought craft fairs would be a good place. But I haveno clue where to find out where they are.
Well this drive sucks so far. Lincoln will not go to sleep and Calvin is crying. Also, I pumped so I could give Calvin a bottle, my fucking milk tastes like soap. It was only in the fridge for a day. ONE damn day!
A rack in my closet broke ( walkin) so I decided to purg 32 pairs of pants 29 shirts 1 shoe and a sweater
Feels good tongetvtogether if stuff I haven't done it since last fall
Also, I once had a wood shelf in a closet in a room with vaunted ceilings. This meant that there was like 10 feet of space above the shelf that was above the closet bar. When DH moved in with me unexpectedly we stacked so much Crap up to the ceiling on that shelf. Several months later we were sleeping and BAM CRASH BOOM the shelf collapsed and the whole closet came tumbling down. we thought we were being bombed! CH. it was such a disaster.

I see them advertised in the little toWn newspaper in the local events section.
