We hate getting our diaper changed or getting dressed. It's been like this for a while but he has perfected his toddler cry now. Zomg when does this phase end?
The babysitter put him to bed one night topless because she said he tried to kill her. PIP of my Chucky:

Distraction is key. Sometimes I bribe her with Elmo videos. Sometimes I just don't fight it - lately she's been going to daycare barefoot. Somehow they get her shoes on when they go outside.
Heh, I put DD1 to bed in her clothes for the next day (instead of PJs) for at LEAST a year, because it was so difficult to get her dressed, that I want to reduce the number of times per day I needed to do it. When she was a bit older than your DS, I did a sticker chart for getting dressed at bedtime..but I think that closer to age 2-2.5 yrs, and that helped diffuse the tension a bit.
LOL. We spent the better part of a year either 1/2 naked or 99% naked. Then she learned to dress herself. And she looks likes a circus clown 6 days out of 7. Choose the battle wisely.
Distraction works here. Except when you don't have a distraction handly, so you give him an open tube of diaper rash cream and he tries to eat some. FOTY.
I've started doing changes while he's standing/leaning on me, they take longer but he complains less.
