Tell me your Saturday plans

I'm working out, then going grocery shopping. Then I'm going to curl up on the couch with my kindle and read all afternoon. For some reason I finally picked up an Ann Rice book and I am hooked.

Farmers market, then sanding the deck then driving DH to airport. DH is flying to Germany to pick up our new puppy, they'll be home Monday. Kids and I will probably set our tent up and have a camp out.

I'm going to a zombie apocalypse side-event of Comic Con. I get to be a zombie, get the makeup put on, then I get to "stalk" the survivors. Originally, my mom was to participate but she had to drop out and the money to enter was non-refundable. Should be fun. I've been practicing my walk.

I'm having lunch with my mom and my aunt and then going shopping. I'm looking forward to it!

I'm cat sitting for a few days, so I'm waiting for my friend to bring her kitty over. She's my kitten's litter mate, will be interesting to see how they do together.

I think we're going to the beach if the sun comes out, then tonight to a surprise 40th bday party.

My Saturday is almost over, but we planned to go to a local cooked food center (basically local street food, but inside), but chickened out at the last minute because nothing was in English. We did have Cantonese for lunch, just at a restaurant instead of the food center.

Then I hung out with the baby while H ran errands and now I'm making some curry for dinner.

It was a nice, low key day which is what I needed.

Laundry. Then grocery shop. Then home for a nap then cleaning.

Original plan was to drop H's receiver at a repair shop and bring DS to a toy store near it that's having a Thomas and Friends event, but DS had a fever all night and it's still 101.6. I think we'll stay on the couch most of the day

Entertain the kidlets. Hopefully go to a local hot air balloon festival.

Going to the bank, then taking Walter cat to the vet, Ollie has soccer, hitting up trader joes and ikea, purging some stuff from the basement, then heading to the park. Chances of getting everything on my list done? 2%

Going to India.
I am so so so so mad at my parents for how they are behaving regarding watching our dogs. This whole trip was their freaking idea (and two year push to do it).

Grocery shopping then cleaning my house. I'll go visit my horse and ride around noon when this rain blows through and he's gotten time to dry off.

I think some friends are coming over tonight. If I confirm that they are then I'm making a birthday cake for one of them.

Shopping for a new dining table and chairs, grocery shopping, maybe stopping by my little cousin's birthday party.

I have a lot to do and no motivation.
Bring the girls to my folks, hardware store, make empanadas, maybe puppy chow and be at a party by 4.
I am going to add shower and look presentable to that list also. Mainly because it seems like a chore today.

Up much earlier than I wanted (thanks, dog) so I'm going to get iced coffee and take Lua to the dog park before it gets to hot.

The rest is the day will be buying new glasses, bringing some things to sell at a consignment store, buying wood chips, and hopefully taking a nap.

Going a hike with DH this morning and going to a paint your own pottery place with a friend tonight. I wanted to go to the fair but DH didn't seem as excited about that idea, maybe tomorrow.

Driving up to my moms, dropping the kids off for the weeks and then DH and I have a day of shopping at a nearby historic type of town. And beer and dinner somewhere.

Barre, the pedicures and lunch with a friend. Then hopefully just getting stuff done around the house. Some cooking. Nothing exciting.

Work, work, work! I'm at Starbucks now trying (and failing) to work on my camp curriculum for next week. Later this morning, I'll run by home and pick up DH and go into work for real. He's my "volunteer workday captain" today and I have a birthday party to work and I'm obviously not ready for camp next week.

My last day off was June 29th and I am tiiiiiiired.

Just got home from the gym, about to get ready to go to the farmer's market, and then we are driving ~2 hours to pick up some cast iron thing bf wants for the backyard. I'm just hoping to hit up a DQ on the way.

DH is working this morning. I'll hang out with the kids and clean until he's off. We are meeting at my mom's for lunch. She is making our favorite Egyptian dish. I might swing by Braum's and get a couple of banana splits, my mom's fave. Tonight, after we put the kids to bed, our good friends are coming over for drinks on our back patio.

On my way to the lake for our annual moms weekend away!! There are about 15 of us and we will be wasted by noon! Woohoo!

Rest day here!!!! Maybe some laundry, pick up a couple things from the store, maybe bake. Not much. I love Saturday rest days!
