The million blankets never ever ever had a purpose. I have kept the ones that people made for them (knitted or crocheted) and the rest are mostly gone. Baby food jars = recycling. The only dedicated burp clothes I received were returned for diapers.
Most stuff I either sell or give away, now that we're done hoarding for future children. If we change our mind and have #3, I'll have a lot of rebuying to do.
I passed a lot of stuff on. If I could ever find my baby food freezer container trays, they would be perfect for freezing herbs. Right now, I just use plastic Ziploc bags for that and it feels so wasteful.
We were still using Aden & Anais blankets for travel up until about a year ago. They were the perfect size/weight for DD sleeping on the plane or in the car.

I sold my cloth diaper burp cloths to another mom who was going to use them in making training underwear.
Someone else I know collects and sews cloth diapering supplies for women in need, so she collects receiving blankets to make cloth wipes and diaper inserts.

Thanks! I still have a few boxes I haven't gone through, but I will let you know.
When I was a kid I made snow globes out of baby food jars. Just super glue miniature plastic doodads to the lid, add water and glitter, and then hot glue the lid closed.
