Well I would have said no before this happened! Lol. But this was my 2nd, which tend to go faster. The dr at my last appointment told me because of how dilated I was, if my water broke at home, seriously call an ambulance. That was based on dilation and also my pushing for #1 was only 15 minutes as well- my labor was much more normal for a first time though. I wouldn't worry for this time, RBP!
