We love this book.
The girls no what happens before it happens. Before I flip the page they often announce what's next.
Another favorite is Pajama Time. DH has a funny little beat he made to go with the story. He doesn't even need the book anymore. He just sings the 'song' and plays the little bongo drum we have. The girls love it.
I don't like to read this one to her since there aren't many words so I put it in her "crib box" which is a box of toys she gets in the morning to play with while mom gets a few more minutes of sleep

I was worried M wouldn't like it because it's so simple. But I embellish the story quite a bit. The 2-3 words per page turn into a few sentences.
"Goodnight Gorilla said Mr. Zookeeper. Then the gorilla took the zookeeper's keys. He unlocked his door & very quietly climbed down. He followed Mr. Zookeeper, the mouse climbed down & followed them too."
"Goodnight Elephant said Mr. Zookeeper. Then the gorilla used his keys to open the elephant's door, then he said "Come with me". Then they all quietly followed Mr. Zookeeper. (I pause on each page so M can say the bolded part)
