I've literally used this "sauce" recipe and slathered it on everything from broccoli to salmon. I probably have it like 2 or 3x a week now. I can't stop.
I just mixed everything together and let the salmon marinade in it for about 20-30 minutes skin side up. Then poured the whole thing into a baking dish (putting it in skin side down), covered with foil and baked.
Then once it was done cooking I put the salmon pieces on a plate and poured over a few spoons of the sauce.
I also put some green beans around the salmon and let that bake in the dish too.
